Guidelines, Rules and Regulations
  • Registrations must be submitted by August 1st. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed after September 15th.

  • Table space will be 8ft., table, 2 chairs and linens provided by the Chamber. One table reservation will be $75.00, 2 tables reserved $125.00, 3 tables reserved $175.00.
    Multiple tables must be reserved by the same business and be consecutive in order.

  • No running water or electricity will be provided

  • No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the Chamber due to inclimate weather. In the event of cancelation, vendors will receive full payment less a $10 registration fee. The event will not be rescheduled.

  • All vendors must be set up by 1:30pm and remain set up until 7:00pm. Vendor set up will begin at 12:00pm. All gates will be locked from 1:00-2:00pm on event day. You must enter the property between 12:00-1:00 at the 3A entrance, gate A, for set up. Gates will not reopen until 2:00pm at event start.

  • Each vendor will be allowed not more than 2 people to enter the event free of charge.

  • Vendors will be responsible for removal of all property and disposal of trash by 8:00pm on event day. A dumpster will be provided, and vendors are responsible for their own clean up.

  • Vendors are not permitted to sell ready to eat products unless they are prepackaged dry goods, such as candy or spices.

  • All vendors and products must be approved by the Chamber
